Understanding a referral includes knowing who does the work and who receives payment. This page explains Comai Garage Doors's role and compensation. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Where Our Role Begins and Ends

Comai Garage Doors operates a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. Door repairs, spring replacement, opener installation, parts sales and all other garage door work fall outside our role.

A form submission or a call through the site's number may be routed to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers nearby.

What We May Receive

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Comai Garage Doors for telephone inquiries, submitted forms and other referrals. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether the call is answered. Hiring a provider is not required for us to receive payment.

This compensation does not change the price quoted by a provider. For approved work, you pay the provider directly according to the prices it sets.

Who Is Responsible for Service

Providers run independent businesses. They are not Comai Garage Doors employees, agents or partners. Each provider is solely responsible for:

• Quotes, charges and service terms
• Workmanship and the timing of its work
• Licensing, insurance and warranties it offers
• Communication and conduct at your property

A referral does not constitute an endorsement. We make no assurances about a provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses participate in the network at that time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to engage a referred provider. Before deciding, ask questions, check credentials, request a written quote and consider other options.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Telephone inquiries made through this site may be tracked. Some calls may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
