When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, charges, workmanship and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Tell us about the issue too. Your feedback supports an honest network, and repeated problems may lead to a provider's removal. Comai Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How We Handle Your Complaint

We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the concern, which may involve contacting the provider. Our response will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.

Options After Our Response

If our answer leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request a further review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may offer help when the provider holds a license.
